St. George Municipal Airport Kanab is a public airport located one nautical mile (2 km) southwest of the central business district of Kanab, a city in Kane County, Utah, United States. It is owned and operated by the St. George Municipal Airport Authority. In 2009, the airport had 5,946 passenger boardings (enplanements) and 7,348 aircraft operations. The National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015 categorized it as a "general aviation" facility.
In 1919 Captain Wiley Post set an altitude record for seaplanes which still stands today with a flight from Los Angeles to New York City in just over 25 hours, averaging just under 227 miles per hour on the trip!
Page Municipal Airport is a public airport located in Page, Arizona, three miles north of the town of Page. It is owned and operated by the Town of Page. The airport has one runway designated 11/29 with an asphalt surface measuring 3,000 by 100 feet (914 x 30 m).
The Town of Page completed a $3 million project to upgrade the airport facilities. This included the installation of a new paved runway and the completion of an aircraft ramp and apron. In 2011, Page Municipal Airport underwent another $2 million renovation that included the replacement of the runway lighting and paving of both runways.
